Our Educators

Family Day Care Gympie Region endeavours to engage professional Educators who can commit to our aspiration for children.  Quality of care is monitored by:

• Regular unannounced visits to Educator’s homes by:
  • Coordinators
  • The Department of Education and Training
• An annual Safety Check and Re-assessment process.

Educators are encouraged to attend in-service training programs offered by the Service and must do a minimum of 12 hours professional development each year.
